Important Guidelines and Information for Participants 

  1. The Conference Program and Accepted Abstract are above. In the Program, you will see the Zoom link and other info for EVERY Session.  Using Zoom Link and Passcode for the Session, you will join the Session.
  2. Each presenter will have about 10-15 minutes to present his/her paper and 5 minutes for Q/A. Please be prepare to share your presentation slides Online via Zoom Share with participates in the Session.
  3. Chair of the Session will manage the process in terms of presentation order, timing, Q/A and etc. There is a CIK/IT member on standby at each Session to help address any potential technology issue to the best of their ability.
  4. Full paper are still accepted for the Proceedings until Oct. 15, 2020. The Proceedings will by posted by Nov. 1st.
  5. Best papers of the CIK conference will be announce on or before Oct. 15, 2020.
  6. A selected number of best papers will be given priority for double-blind review for possible publication in the Electronic Journal of CIK,Cyrus Chronicle Journal (CCJ).  Please see the CCJ website for more information.  If you are interested in having your article to be considered for publication in CCJ, the flagship electronic journal of CIK, please submit your article Here and follow the guidelines provided.

In any correspondence with CIK please identify the author (s) Name (last/first) and the Title of your Proposal to CIK@Cyrusik.org

Dear CIK/SINGEP 2020 Conference Participants,

We would like to bring your attention to below important conference updates.

  1. Attached is the latest draft of the Conference program.  We will provide Zoom Links and Passcode in the final version of the program which will be posted on the CIK website and you will be informed via next email, soon.
  2. Accepted Abstracts are posted here.
  3. We have posted a PowerPoint slide template on the CIK website.  Feel free to use them.
  4. Because of the significant challenges of managing the conference via Zoom, globally, we had to organize the program as you will observe. We will explain it, in the opening session of the conference on Oct. 1st.

Important Information for Participants

  1. We are working on the Conference Program and plan to posted it on CIK/SINGEP websites by Sept. 15th, 2020.
  2. As an accepted presenter (s), IF you have not registered, yet, please register Here; you need to be registered on or before Sept. 1st, 2020, otherwise, we have to drop you from the program.
  1. The accepted Abstract of the papers and/or case studies will be published in the online Proceedings of the conference.
  2. Sept. 15th, 2020 is the due date to submit your full paper and/or case study which will be reviewed and possibly published in the Conference Proceedings. Your paper must be formatted according to the guidelines provided Here.
  3.
